Q: How do I book a real estate photo shoot with JM Real Estate Photo?
Book right online. Select your services, enter the property address and square footage, and choose your shoot date. Edited photos are delivered next day by 7pm or sooner.

JM Real Estate Photo serves local agents across the Merrimack Valley, including Lawrence, Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, and surrounding communities in northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
Q: Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes. Matterport 3D tours are available to add as part of any listing package. The scan adds 45–60 minutes to the shoot, and the tour goes live within 24 hours of delivery. Every Matterport tour includes a schematic floor plan.

Yes. Zillow 3D tours are available to add as part of any listing package. The scan adds 30–60 minutes to the shoot, and the tour goes live within 24 hours of delivery. Every Zillow 3D tour includes a schematic floor plan and can be added to your Zillow showcase as needed.
Q: What certifications does JM Real Estate Photo hold?
Joan Mejia holds a Fine arts Bachelors degree from Merrimack College, specialized in photography and Digital Media. He worked over 3 years as a licensed realtor at one of the top performing teams in the country (License no longer active). He is Zillow certified and showcase qualified, also holds an FAA Part 107 certification for commercial drone operations, and all services (including drone work) are covered by a full liability insurance.
