Lawrence Is Not One Kind of Listing
Redfin's recent sold list for Lawrence in October 2026 ran from a $255,000 condo to a $669,000 five-bedroom house. That range is the point. A Lawrence agent can have a starter condo one week and a larger multi-bedroom home the next, and each one needs its own plan for the media.
A few things about this market shape how listing media should work:
Most housing units here are renter-occupied. Census QuickFacts puts the owner-occupied rate in Lawrence at 28.1% for 2020 to 2024, against 69.8% in North Andover. A listing in a city like that has to make a home feel real and understandable, not just documented.
Many residents speak more than one language. The same Census data shows 78.1% of Lawrence residents age 5 and over speak a language other than English at home. Clear, photo-led and video-led presentation carries a listing across languages better than a long description does.
